Experimental seven for this week

I'm doing something a little different this week - getting rid of 7 sodas.  At the risk of sounding like Flylady, it is intended more to declutter my body than declutter my home.  (Unless you count the extra space in my fridge!)  

I'm trying to kick my soda habit.  Every morning, for as long as I can remember, I've had a Coke with breakfast.  Gotta have that caffeine to get me going and, for some psychological reason, it has to be a Coke.  Coffee or tea just won't cut it. And many mornings that one glass turns in to two or three.  I'm struggling enough with my weight as it is, the last thing I need is another 500 empty calories each day.

I'm trying to replace the soda with iced tea.  Despite being born & raised in the south I drink my tea unsweetened, so it won't be as bad for me as the soda.  I have some peach tea and raspberry tea from Culinary Teas and they are really good, so we'll see how it goes!
