Whew, long day. Not terribly efficient, just long. Natalya has found the power button for the TV in the living room. Not cool. I'm assuming rapid on/off cycling isn't great for the lamp. I'm going to have to tape something over the power button again.
We went to Tacoma to exchange the birthday present at Babies R Us. Took the scenic tour of Tacoma on the way back, what a charming city. /sarcasm
Natalya can scream all the way back from Tacoma. Not cry, just scream because she apparently loves the sound of her own voice.
Brandon can babble all the way back from Tacoma. "Hey mommy, you remember where the new house is? Did we miss the turn? You remember where the new house is mommy? Hey mommy, your car went beep beep! Look mommy, the sun is going down. It's getting dark. We better go back to the new house. It will be dark in a few minutes, mommy, the sun is going down. Hey mommy, your car went beep beep again! Duck? What duck?" until I was ready to bash my head against the steering wheel.
1/2 of a container of fish food can cover most of the living room floor, and smells lovely.
Toddlers like fish food. Both toddlers. Yuck.
Cats like fish food too. Fish food does not like cats, however, and I don't like cleaning up piles of puked up fish food.
And I don't even want to talk about the egg incident at Costco. Let's just say that 24 eggs can make a really big mess. On a positive note, Natalya can say "uh oh" now. It's a good thing she repeated what Brandon said and not what I said. (See the above comment about "duck"s.)
Like I said, it was a long day.
