That was a thread I was reading a few minutes ago. The house we built in Charleston (Mt. Pleasant, actually) was only $146k at the time but when we moved it was very difficult to find anything under $200k in Mt. Pleasant. In Kings Bay real estate prices were dirt cheap. We lived in Laurel Island Country Club for under $200k.
In WA? Nothing. At least nowhere I would feel safe living. You can get this little gem in the rough (so says the description) for a mere $210k. Needless to say, I miss GA real estate prices! I don't even want to talk about what we paid for the house we just bought 6 months ago, yikes.
Now, on a catty note, if that were my house for sale I think I might have decluttered the kitchen a bit more before taking the photo. (Look under "more photos".)
Meow.
