Yeah, dinner

I'm finishing up my first knitting project today. It's been, um, interesting. I'm making a soaker for DD, this is the first thing I've ever knitted. After figuring out that I was purling wrong (hey, that's why it looked so funny once I stopped knitting in the round!) I finally finished and seamed it together. Boy, that seems looked like crap so now I've been pulling it out, which is a PITA.

Then I look up and it's 5:30. I got sucked into my knitting project and forgot to start dinner. We were going to have bean & ham soup but either that will wait until tomorrow or we will have a really late dinner.
